No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.

The only exception to this policy is if an item arrives damaged due to shipping. If your order is delivered with shipping damage, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To report a damaged item, please contact us and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging it arrived in

After reviewing the damage claim, we will determine whether a replacement item or refund will be issued.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
